There are so many different resources available for HTML help, and most are a matter of preference to the individual. Thus the reason for listing so many. (and this is just a fraction of what's available.)

  • Boogie Jack Tutorials, rantings, and ravings of one of the easiest to understand folks around. He covers all aspects of HTML and Web Design and presents it with a slightly warped sense of humor. I LIKE people who make me smile, and if I can manage to learn while I grin....well....kudos [where do you think I learned the little trick with the scroll bar??? :-)]
  • Teach Yourself HTML Visually - One of IDG Books many selections in the 3D Visual series. One of the best HTML books I've used. Excellent reference for those who may already be familiar with HTML. • eSafe Desktop v3.0 - From Aladdin Knowledge Systems. eSafe Desktop offers the most complete Internet content security solution for home users. eSafe is the first content security solution to offer comprehensive protection from vandals (malicious mobile code, Trojans, worms, VB/JavaScript), viruses, data exposure and inappropriate content. It has a full firewall, an antivirus program, content filtering, and the ability to stop other types of attacks. PC Magazine awarded Aladdin's eSafe the PC Magazine's Editors' Choice Award for best Internet Security Suite two consecutive years, as well as the PC Magazine Best of 1999 Internet products award. eSafe Desktop is available to home users FREE of charge, including all virus table updates. NOTE: I have been running it with ZoneAlarm with no conflicts for several months now but my choice for newer users would be the next program, Inoculate IT-PE; although I feel that e Safe is a more complete program, it's considerably more difficult to configure, and the updates are NOT automatic with it.
  • Inoculate IT/PE - Free anti-virus program with free updates (from Computer Associates.) An outstanding program that is ultra simple to use. Works well with ZoneAlarm. Compares favorably with McAfee and Norton's with fewer conflicts, (plus...it's FREE)
  • Trend Micro - Free Anti-VirusTools from Trend Micro.
  • ZoneAlarm  - provides essential protection for Internet users. Combining the safety of a dynamic firewall with total control over applications' Internet use, gives rock-solid protection against thieves and vandals. ZoneAlarm makes ironclad Internet security easy to use.

  • NOTE: I feel like I need to add a comment to this suggested link. Although this is freeware, it is also classified as SPYWARE. I carefully read all the information regarding this program on the Website when I downloaded it. NOwhere did it mention the "requirements". When I ran the exe. on the file to install, I discovered the company that distributes the program requires the user to supply them with personal and demographic information that allows them to target you with advertising. I chose NOT to allow this and uninstalled the program. This is my personal decision...I, in no way would presume to tell you what you should do regarding this......but you also need to be aware of it.
There is a registered NO ADs version available for a fee

All the pages at §unny's §tuff™ have been designed with a screen resolution of 1024x768, but should degrade well with ALL resolutions. My browser of choice is Internet Explorer v5+, but Netscape viewers should encounter no difficulties. (They just miss out on a lot of neat stuff!)
